Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh @ Waterway Point Punggol; Singapore

I really love Bak Kut Teh (the clear peppery one). It's probably one thing I could have over and over again and not get tired of it.

So knowing there was a bak kut teh restaurant in Waterway Point, called Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh, I decided to go there for lunch.

I opted for the traditional Pork Rib Soup (Regular Size), a bowl of plain rice and an Iced Lemon Tea.

Pork Rib Soup (Regular); SGD 7.50
Plain Rice; SGD 0.80

Iced Lemon Tea; SGD 2.00

The meat is soft and tender and easy to take from the bones. You can also have a free refill of the soup when your bowl starts to run low on it. The staff is quite proactive and take the initiative to come up to you with the large stainless steel teapots and ask you if you would want a refill.

With all of the above, I would definitely visit Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh again sometime I want bak kut teh and am in Waterway Point.

*Try to avoid going at 12:00nn-2:00pm and 5:00pm-8:00pm. Those are their most busiest of times, lunch and dinner rushes. Foot traffic is a plenty and getting a table will take sometime.

*Total For My Meal: SGD 12.12
(Subject to GST & Service Charge)

Pork Rib Soup (Regular Size): SGD 7.50
Plain Rice: SGD 0.80
Iced Lemon Tea: SGD 2.00

Rong Hua Bak Kut Teh 2 Waterway Point is located at:

#B1-23 Waterway Point

Operating Hours: 10:30am-10:00pm
