Rong Kee Roasted Delight (Steamed Chicken Rice) @ Koufu Punggol Plaza; Singapore

One of my go to food stalls in Koufu Punggol Plaza would have to be Rong Kee Roasted Delight.

They don't share the same niceties, warmth and familiarity as the Chicken Rice stall in Canteen 2 of NTU, but I do have to give them props on efficiency. You just place your order, pay, they chop the meat and you have your meal.

Steamed Chicken Rice; SGD 3.80

The taste of the Steamed Chicken Rice is good too. You can tell that they have quite high standards when it comes to their food. They may not be too focused on presentation, but everything else is on point and quality. The rice can be a bit hard and tough sometimes, but other than that it's still good.

Rong Kee Roasted Delights is really fast and convenient, so that would keep me coming back for sure.
