Sergeant Chicken Rice @ Kopitiam City Buangkok; Singapore

One day I got bored and thought to go to Buangkok and check-out Kopitiam City. This Kopitiam is open 24 hours, which recreates the once busy trading port that Sengkang once was.

I decided to try out Sergeant Chicken Rice.

As their name suggests, they specialise in Chicken Rice. But they also have another menu if you are tired of chicken rice.

I opted for Steamed Chicken Rice.

Steamed Chicken Rice; SGD 3.80

Their steamed chicken is boneless, so it makes it a lot easier to eat.

The serving is quite small, but it is still tasty and prepared traditionally. The rice has a golden colour to it and very fragrant too!

After eating I decided to take away some Mixed Pork Porridge. It's not like how it looks in the photo in their menu, but it is still good nonetheless. There are pieces of lean meat and some organs (like liver and intestine) in it too.
